if you're a customer, this is the correct procedure for creating an account for CCH® Tagetik's JIRA ticketing platform:
first of all, you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for your company's SIC (short for Support Identification Code), unless you already know the code.
After retrieving the code, you will need to access this URL and fill out the form: http://www.tagetik.com/services/support/esupport-request
After completing the form, your account will be created and you will shortly receive your access credentials.
If you are a new user working for one of our partners, please contact the country manager of the appropriate CCH® Tagetik division directly, and your account will be promptly created.
If you have already been granted access to the system and have different technical issues with the JIRA platform, please contact a JIRA administrator by filling in the following form.
